Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II in Junction City, Oregon. The role focuses on personal care, environmental interventions, and limited group activities in a secure program setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting in charts, transporting clients, and supporting skill development while following treatment plans and program policies.

Qualifications

• Must have QMHA (Qualified Mental Health Associate) registration eligibility or plan to register within first week of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or 3+ years of verifiable behavioral health experience.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications and complete on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and environmental intervention per individualized treatment plan.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts and count sheets.
• Transport clients to and from the program to engage in treatment services.
• Maintain compliance with productivity standards for documentation of services.
• Support clients to develop skills to increase or maintain functioning.
