Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle safely.
• 1-2 years experience in a group home setting preferred.
• Must be able to complete required reports and follow written instructions related to resident care.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Care Staff and ensure safety and security of the home and residents when the Home Manager is unavailable.
• Implement daily program goals and assist residents with treatment plans.
• Coordinate medications and ensure proper documentation of any changes.
• Assist residents with personal care needs and support development of positive social skills.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain professional relationships with residents, guardians, and home consultants.
