Job summary

Pathlight Community Services in Michigan seeks a Medications Coordinator to lead medication administration, support residents, and uphold safety across all shifts. Under the Program Manager and District Manager, you will implement care programs and supervise staff.

You will oversee program operations, supervise Direct Care Staff, ensure regulatory compliance, document incidents, and coordinate with midnight staff during shift transitions to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions related to resident care.
• Physically and emotionally capable of meeting residents' needs, including lifting and mobility assistance.
• Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Personal care and supervision.
• Safety and fire prevention knowledge.

• Incident reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and resident support, ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Oversee medication administration and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Support budget adherence and responsible spending.
