Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to respond to emergencies including First Aid/CPR if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Care Staff and ensure safety of residents.
• Assist with daily program goals and treatment plans.
• Coordinate medication administration and documentation.
• Facilitate resident socialization and use of community resources.
• Provide counseling and support to staff and residents.
