Job summary

Volunteers of America Mid-States is seeking a Full-Time, exempt supervisor for a supported living home serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Northern Kentucky. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, coordinate shifts, and ensure the safety and well-being of residents 24/7.

• Train Direct Support Professionals per mandated curriculum.
• Support Residential Coordinator with daily operations.
