SCO in New York, NY is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee direct care staff and ensure adherence to RHY and safety regulations. The role involves implementing policies and supervising counselors, with emphasis on staffing, training, and resident programming.

You will hire and supervise Counselors and Counseling Specialists, coordinate educational/vocational/housing planning, and ensure orientations and evaluations are completed timely. On-call duties and emergency response are required.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Two years of managerial experience preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hires/supervises all Counselors, Counseling Specialists, & Relief Counselors.
• Ensures all full-time staff meets the annual training requirements.
• Assists with educational/vocational/housing planning & programming for residents.
• Ensures new resident orientations are completed for each resident.
• Prepares staff schedule to ensure program safety and coverage.
• Works with the Assistant Program Director on staff evaluations.
• Responds to emergencies at the residence.
• Provides 24-hour on-call coverage to program staff.
