Northern Rivers Family of Services is hiring a Residential Assistant Supervisor in Schenectady, NY. You will supervise staff delivering daily therapeutic care and programming, ensuring alignment with agency policy and treatment models, while reporting to the Residential Supervisor and working on site.

The role requires an Associate’s degree with experience in residential settings or equivalent HS with more years of experience, plus supervisory capabilities.

Formación

• Requires an Associate’s degree plus three years of experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR HS plus at least five years of experience required.
• Related experience with vulnerable populations and older adolescent population is required.
• Must have supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to manage a residential unit.
• Required to maintain TCI certification.
• A valid driver’s license and meet agency insurability standards for using agency vehicles and transporting youth.
• Must pass physical.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise program activity leading to treatment plan goals.
• Supervise and evaluate residential staff performance.
• Work variable shifts on the unit including evenings or several days per week.
• Maintain safety and a therapeutic environment for youth.
