Job summary

Thomas Allen in Minnesota is seeking a Full-Time Residential Program Manager to lead a team of caregivers and ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care. You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, and program development, while collaborating across departments to support people with disabilities to live more independently.

As a designated coordinator, you will recruit, train, and mentor staff, maintain compliance with DHS standards, and champion resident well-being through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services with 1 year of direct care experience.
• AA degree in a field related to human services with 2 years of direct care experience.
• Diploma in a field related to human services with 3 years of direct care experience.
• 50 hours of education and training related to human services with 4 years of direct care experience under supervision.

• Inspire a team of dedicated caregivers to provide the highest quality support
• Create a nurturing home promoting independence, inclusion and community connections
• Design engaging activities that enrich lives, build skills and meaningful relationships
• Ensure resident well-being through diligent oversight, advocacy and personalized care
• Effectively manage resources and finances to uphold quality standards
• Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive, person-centered services
• Provide financial oversight for the household and residents' finances, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively
• Cover direct care shifts as needed, remaining available to residents and staff during both scheduled and unscheduled shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the program and mission of the organization
