Thomas Allen is seeking a Residential Assistant Program Manager for Cedar Crest & Echo Park in Minnesota. The role supports the Program Manager in daily operations, while promoting independence and community integration for people receiving services.

Strong leadership, communication, and compliance with 245D regulations are essential. The position offers on-site work at two MN sites (Apple Valley and Bloomington) with hourly pay in the $21.50–$23.50 range, plus extensive benefits for eligible

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of full-time experience in a Community Residential setting.
• Must be able to assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, home maintenance, and community outings.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Successful DHS background clearance required at no cost to you.
• Medication Administration training/competency is required.
• Proficiency in English (HS-level) for effective communication with individuals and staff.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to lead a team in person-centered support services under 245D regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans reflecting each person’s needs and preferences.
• Ensure access to medical care and behavioral supports in a safe environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory policies and ethics.
• Coordinate transportation to promote accessibility and inclusion.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to foster learning.
• Assist with scheduling, including on-call duties, in partnership with leadership.
