Job summary

Thomas Allen, Inc. is seeking a Residential Assistant Program Manager to support the Program Manager in daily operations, delivering person-centered care to individuals served under MN 245D and the Positive Supports Rule.

This on-site role at two South St. Paul sites, MN, offers hourly pay ($21.50–$23.50), leadership development, staff coaching, development of individualized service plans, quality assurance participation, scheduling support, and benefits commensurate with hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for person-centered support and respect for individual preferences.
• At least 2 years of full-time experience in a Community Residential setting.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meals, home maintenance, and community outings.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of relevant medication administration training as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to lead a team in providing person-centered support services under 245D regulations.
• Collaborate to develop and implement individualized service plans reflecting each individual's needs and preferences.
• Promote independence and community integration through quality care and accessible services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Coordinate transportation as needed in partnership with leadership.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to enhance service delivery.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Assist with scheduling, including alternating on-call duties and staff coverage.
