Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services with 1 year of direct care experience.
  • Associate degree in a field related to human services with 2 years of direct care experience.
  • Diploma in a related field with 3 years of direct care experience or 50 hours of related education with 4 years of direct care experience under supervision.

Full-Time Residential Program Manager

FLSA Status: Full-time, Salary/Exempt
FTE: 1.0 (40 hours per week)
Hiring Range: $50,960-55,000 yearly. This rate depends on individual employee's qualifications and years of experience.

What you'll need:
  • Required qualifications of a Designated Coordinator, including:
    • A bachelor's (BA) degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 or older
    • OR an associate (AA) degree in a field related to human services and 2 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
    • OR a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and 3 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
    • OR a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and 4 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in 1 to 3 above
  • Must be mature, polite, and professional
  • Must possess effective listening skills and strong overall social and communication skills
  • Department of Human Services background clearance
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally
