Job summary

Thomas Allen, Inc. is seeking a Residential Assistant Program Manager to partner with the Program Manager and lead a team delivering person-centered support under 245D regulations. This role emphasizes independence, community integration, and well-being for individuals served.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate schedules, coordinate transportation, and provide coaching and training to the team while ensuring compliance and high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of full-time experience in a Community Residential setting.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meals, and home maintenance.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DHS background clearance completed at no cost.
• Medication Administration training competency as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to lead a team in providing person-centered support services to individuals under 245D.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans reflecting needs and preferences.
• Ensure access to quality care including medical care and behavioral supports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations and policies.
• Coordinate transportation services with leadership.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Assist with scheduling, including alternating on-call duties and staffing coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned in coordination with leadership.
