ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to join Willamette Rose RTF in Portland, Oregon. You will provide caring companionship, assist with daily tasks, and support activities of daily living under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

You may also transport clients and help with meal prep and documentation. The role operates full-time with shifts Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00am–3:30pm, and pays $21.42–$22.07 per hour with various differentiations and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Ability to pass medications under supervision and follow care plans.
• Valid driver's license required within 30 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily living activities.
• Under RN supervision, assist with medication administration and delegated medical tasks.
• Transport clients to and from the program and maintain documentation.
