Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for the Willamette Rose Residential Treatment Facility in Portland, Oregon. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and support treatment services under a Registered Nurse’s guidance.

The role involves meal prep, transportation assistance, and maintaining documentation under productivity standards. Wages start at $21.42 to $22.07 per hour with various pay differentials and full-time day shift hours.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred (personal or professional).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a DHS background check.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Direct care staff must be 18 or older per program rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist with daily living skills and activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup, and food purchasing; encourage client participation.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical tasks.
