Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to join Aspen Hill RTF. You will provide caring companionship and assist with daily living tasks under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

The role includes personal care, medication support, meal assistance, and transporting clients to activities while maintaining documentation. Wages are $21.42–$22.07 per hour, with paid training and eligibility for program-based pay differentials.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents under RN supervision.
• Assist with meals, transportation, and daily activities; participate in treatment services.
• Pass medications and document services with accuracy as prescribed by primary care provider.
• Maintain compliance with productivity standards and complete required documentation.
