Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Care Associate I at Willamette Rose Residential Treatment Facility in Portland, OR. You will provide compassionate companionship and assist with daily living activities, meal prep, and transportation to engage clients in treatment services.

Under RN guidance, you will pass medications and support care plans while maintaining accurate documentation. This full-time role requires weekend coverage and complies with the AFSCME bargaining unit terms.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Driver's license required and ability to pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Provide personal care services and support for ADLs/IADLs to increase independence.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing; encourage client participation.
• Pass medications under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed for treatment services.
• Maintain documentation of services in accordance with productivity standards.
