Argon Agency is seeking a Behavioral Health Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a residential treatment setting in Florida. You will lead direct-care staff, coordinate shift coverage, and ensure safe, trauma-informed care for patients.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, crisis management, documentation oversight, and adherence to safety and program protocols, with preferred credentials such as CBHT and CPRS.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is a strong leader who remains calm under pressure and understands behavioral health.
• Experience supervising direct-care staff in residential behavioral health settings is preferred.
• CBHT credential and CPRS or similar recovery credential are desirable capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and direct-care staff; mentor team members.
• Coordinate shift assignments, staff coverage, breaks, and daily responsibilities.
• Provide real-time coaching on patient interactions, boundaries, documentation, and facility procedures.
• Maintain accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and consistent standards across the shift.
• Communicate staffing concerns and operational needs to leadership.
