Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking an experienced Residential Behavioral Health Shift Supervisor to oversee residential operations during assigned shifts within our adolescent behavioral health treatment program.

The Shift Supervisor provides leadership to Residential Behavioral Health Technicians, ensures safety and structure, coordinates programming, and responds to crises while maintaining compliance with agency standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field and 1+ year childcare experience.
• Associate degree plus 60 credits and 3+ years childcare or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with adolescents in residential treatment or related settings.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain safety and welfare of clients, staff, and facility during shifts.
• Supervise and coach Residential Behavioral Health Technicians and staff.
• Ensure programming, treatment plans, activities, and routines are implemented.
• Monitor client and staff locations and ensure proper supervision at all times.
• Coordinate with clinical and nursing teams regarding care needs and treatment.
• Complete accurate shift logs and documentation in EMR; debrief after incidents.
