DANIEL MEMORIAL INC is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Direct Care Support– Behavioral Health) in Jacksonville, FL. The role supports our Psychiatric Residential Program for adolescents, supervising direct care staff during the 3pm–11pm shift and ensuring high standards of client care.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a residential setting, plus the ability to use crisis intervention techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a residential setting.
• Must be able to effectively use crisis intervention techniques.
• Driver's License must be in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Monitor unit operations and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Escort clients to activities or appointments on or off campus as needed.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to client-care guidelines in residential settings.
• Collaborate on Monthly Activity Calendar and staff scheduling.
• Complete audits and assist with client birthday celebrations.
• Oversee new staff during initial 80 hours of shadowing and participate in interviews for leadership training.
• Review meal rosters and submit monthly counts to Dietary.
• Assign staff to bulletin boards and facilitate monthly team meetings.
• Review shift documentation and provide staff training on the assigned shift.
• Review incident reports and assist with completion with the team.
• Participate in campus trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
