Responsabilidades

• Monitor unit supplies and coordinate with Managers to keep stocked.
• Escort clients safely to activities or appointments on/off campus.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to client-care guidelines.
• Collaborate with Shift Supervisor to complete Monthly Activity Calendar.
• Complete counselor audits as scheduled.
• Assist with client birthday celebrations.
• Oversee new residential counselors during initial 80 hours of shadowing.
• Review daily meal roster and monthly counts with Dietary.
• Lead staff interviews for leadership training when needed.
• Review shift documentation and provide staff training.
