Job summary

Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Assistant HVAC Installer to lead residential installations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and a great customer experience. You will mentor apprentices, install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork while maintaining safety and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience is required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Washington state driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless systems and related equipment.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specs, codes and standards.
