Job summary

Eco Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Air in Seattle is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join a fast-growing company that values excellence and employee growth.

You will accurately install air conditioning and heating systems, manage control and IAQ components, perform system startups, and build strong relationships with homeowners while delivering quality workmanship. EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to precision and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity management following manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform system startup and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and understand customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems following precise manufacturer guidelines.
• Proficiently perform system startup and troubleshoot various residential HVAC systems.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while gaining in-depth knowledge of customer needs and expectations, both new and existing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Possession of an EPA Universal Certification.
• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, free from major infractions for the past five (5) years.
• Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship.
