Job summary

Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Assistant HVAC Installer in the Northwest to lead residential installation projects from start to finish, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and mini-splits.

This role requires EPA certification, a valid Washington driver's license, strong troubleshooting, and a pride in craftsmanship. You will mentor apprentices and collaborate with service teams to ensure top-notch customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
