Job summary
Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Assistant HVAC Installer to lead residential HVAC installation projects in Snohomish, WA. You will install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and related equipment while ensuring compliance with specs and codes.
This role emphasizes mentoring apprentices, maintaining safe job sites, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for homeowners. A valid WA license and EPA certification are required.
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid Washington driver's license with a clean record.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits and related equipment.
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specs, local codes and quality standards.
- Mentor and develop apprentice installers.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.
- Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
