Job summary

Eco Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air is actively seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing Seattle team. You will install air conditioning, heating, controls, and IAQ systems, following manufacturer guidelines, while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past five years.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to precision and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Accurately install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity/temperature control systems per manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform system startup and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships and understand customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems following precise manufacturer guidelines
• Proficiently perform system startup and troubleshoot various residential HVAC systems
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while gaining in-depth knowledge of customer needs and expectations, both new and existing

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands‑on experience in residential HVAC installation
• Possession of an EPA Universal Certification
• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, free from major infractions for the past five (5) years
• Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship
