Job summary

Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Assistant HVAC Installer to lead residential HVAC installation projects in Snohomish, WA. You will install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and related equipment while ensuring compliance with specs and codes.

This role emphasizes mentoring apprentices, maintaining safe job sites, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for homeowners. A valid WA license and EPA certification are required.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, and related equipment.
• Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Mentor and develop apprentice installers.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the installation process.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Work closely with the installation and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Residential HVAC installation experience.
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Washington's driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in your work.
