Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) is seeking a Residential Aide in Brooklyn, NY to help ensure the safety and security of the facility and residents. You will coordinate client movement with other staff and monitor conduct during shifts.

The role offers a daytime schedule with a 8am–4pm shift, Friday to Tuesday, and requires flexibility for overtime. NY location in Gowanus/Park Slope Brooklyn with a focus on supportive housing services.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Multi-lingual and Spanish proficiency prioritized.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and security of clients, visitors, staff and property.
• Screen clients and visitors to the facility.
• Enforce CHI, site and DSS policies and rules with residents.
