Job summary

Crossroads Turning Points (CTP) is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Technician for the Circle Program in Pueblo West, CO. The role provides daily patient support, assists staff with unit tasks, and accommodates patient needs during the day shift (8:00 am–4:00 pm).

Applicants must complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and TB test. CPR/First Aid certification is required, CAT certification must be obtained within 18 months, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CAT certification to be completed within 18 months of hire.
• CPR and First-Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support groups and activities; document activities during shifts.
• Transport patients to appointments, groups, and related activities.
• Maintain unit organization, cleanliness, and security per policy.
• Report patient infractions or concerns to counselors or supervisors.
