Job Details: Job Location: Pueblo, CO 81008, Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.65 Hourly, Are you on a journey to find personal and professional fulfillment? We invite a compassionate and dynamic individual to join us as a Residential Aide for the unit. This role requires collaboration as a team member of the assigned unit to assist counseling staff in delivering a range of alcohol and drug-related services by performing various duties.

Please note that all applicants must undergo a pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as a comprehensive background check and TB test.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in maintaining the unit in an organized, clean, and efficient manner.
• Transports patients to and from appointments, support groups, employment searches, and other related activities.
• Ensures the security of the assigned unit by adhering to CTP policies and procedures.
• Responsible for immediately reporting child abuse or neglect to the unit supervisor and area director when applicable.
• Monitors patients and their activities. Accurately documents the activities of each patient during the assigned shift.
• Responsible for reporting all patient infractions, concerns, or problems to the primary counselor or supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn the dynamics of substance misuse, alcohol, and its effects. It is preferred that candidates have prior experience working in a substance misuse setting or a human services agency.
• Others: Able to communicate effectively. Must be able to follow directions.
• CPR and First-Aid certification (the agency will cover all training and renewal fees).
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Basic computer skills are necessary for this position.
• A Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification is preferred but not required.

Hourly Rate

• $16.50 per hour First shift
• $17.00 per hour Second shift
• $17.65 per hour Third shift
