Job summary

Crossroads Turning Points in Pueblo, CO is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician III to IV to provide co-occurring counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

The role requires a master's in social work, psychology, or counseling, licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) with CAS preferred, and at least two years in mental health. Travel to outlying sites for training and treatment may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Licensure in LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
• CAS certification is preferred and must be obtainable within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts co-occurring patient assessments and assigns appropriate level of care.
• Provides group, family, and individual counseling; may include psycho-educational groups.
• Develops and updates treatment plans and goals with patients.
• Monitors progress; applies behavior modification and stress management therapy.
• Administers and analyzes testing instruments and reviews results to assess needs.
• Provides therapeutic and recreational activities; ensures documentation by deadlines.
• Coordinates with community referrals; communicates with DSS, probation, or parole as needed.
• Participates in crisis intervention and hospitalizations when required.
