Job summary

Crossroads Turning Points is seeking a licensed mental health professional to deliver counseling services in a residential/clinical setting in Colorado Springs. The role emphasizes co-occurring disorders, development of treatment plans, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, with LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure and CAS preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• 2+ years of experience in mental health treatment.
• Knowledge of ASAM and SOAR level of care criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document to licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct co-occurring patient assessments and determine level of care.
• Develop and update treatment plans and goals with patients.
• Conduct group, family, and individual counseling sessions.
• Coordinate referrals and community resources; crisis intervention as needed.
