Job summary

EF Education First Ltd. is seeking a Residential Advisor for Summer 2027 in the United States. The role involves ensuring the smooth running of the residence, delivering high levels of customer service to students, and maintaining safe, welcoming dormitory operations during a busy summer program.

You will plan arrivals/departures, oversee housing standards, manage dining-room flow, and participate in after-hours on-call duty while supporting campus activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older, due to the nature of the role working with minors.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing student arrivals and departures.
• Ensuring accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Monitoring cafeteria flow and student behavior during dining hours.

• Responding to problems and emergency situations should they arise.

Role: Residential Advisor- Summer 2027

Compensation: $17.00-$21.00 / hour (based on experience)

(housing provided and required for the role)

The Role:
