You will plan arrivals and departures, maintain housing standards, monitor cafeteria flow, handle welfare and discipline, and participate in after-hours on-call duties as needed on campus.

Compensation: $18.57-$21.00 / hour (based on experience)

The Role:

In this role, you will have responsibility for the smooth running of the residence and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Planning and managing student arrivals and departures.
• Ensuring accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Monitoring cafeteria flow and student behavior during dining hours.
• General student welfare and discipline.
• Responding to problems and emergency situations should they arise.
• Sharing after-hours, on-call duties on a rotational basis.
• Stepping in to assist with daily student activities on campus as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older, due to the nature of the role working with minors.
