EF is seeking a Residential Advisor for Summer 2027. Housing is provided and required for the role. Compensation is $17.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will manage the smooth running of the residence, ensure high standards of accommodation, supervise dining hours, and respond to problems or emergencies. Applicants must be 21 or older and fluent in English. This role includes after-hours on-call duties on a rotational basis and assisting with daily student activities on campus as

• Complete fluency in English.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older, due to the nature of the role working with minors.
• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Capable of using your own initiative.

• Planning and managing student arrivals and departures.
• Ensuring accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Monitoring cafeteria flow and student behavior during dining hours.
• General student welfare and discipline.
• Responding to problems and emergency situations should they arise.
• Sharing after-hours, on-call duties on a rotational basis.
• Stepping in to assist with daily student activities on campus as needed.
