Education First is seeking a Residential Advisor for Summer 2027 to oversee the smooth operation of our student residence and deliver high-quality service to participants.

You will manage arrivals/departures, ensure housing standards, monitor dining hours, and handle welfare and safety duties, with on-call rotation and campus activity support as needed.

• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to use own initiative and manage tasks independently.
• English fluency required for daily interactions with students and staff.

Role: Residential Advisor- Summer 2027

Compensation: $17.00-$21.00 / hour (based on experience)

(housing provided and required for the role)

*All applicants must be age 21 or older

The Role:

In this role, you will have responsibility for the smooth running of the residence and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Planning and managing student arrivals and departures.
• Ensuring accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Monitoring cafeteria flow and student behavior during dining hours.
• General student welfare and discipline.
• Responding to problems and emergency situations should they arise.
• Sharing after-hours, on-call duties on a rotational basis.
• Stepping in to assist with daily student activities on campus as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.Applicants must be age 21 or older, due to the nature of the role working with minors.
