Responsibilities

• Create a safe and supportive environment by monitoring resident activities and ensuring guidelines are followed.
• Be a visible presence by conducting regular rounds to promote safety and smooth facility operations.
• Support positive decision-making by assisting clients with everyday challenges and encouraging appropriate choices.
• Provide ongoing supervision and oversight of client activities while maintaining a respectful and professional approach.
• Keep accurate records by completing timely documentation using designated software and systems.
• Respond confidently to challenging situations, using conflict resolution and crisis management techniques to help maintain safety and stability.
• Assist with non-clinical intake activities and other routine program needs as required.
• Stay attentive to changes in behavior, recognizing potential concerns and monitoring client movement appropriately.
• Transport clients when needed, operating a program vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Pitch in where needed and perform other duties that support the success of the residential program.
