IGS Energy in Dublin, OH, is seeking a Residential Account Manager to acquire and retain customers, educate them on our product lineup, and cross-sell where appropriate. The role is full-time and hybrid, primarily via phone and email, with a base salary plus weekly bonus and uncapped commissions.

You will use CRM tools such as Freshsales, build relationships, renew plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; business field preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer retention or account management.
• Experience with dialer systems and CRM platforms.
