This role emphasizes adherence to professional standards, staffing coordination, and documentation accuracy while supporting growth opportunities and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework and supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure/certification.
