Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff development across regional teams.

The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, with additional state-specific credentials as needed. Flexible scheduling and a mix of full- and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
