I Am Boundless is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician to work in a residential setting with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You will supervise staff, implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) plans, and ensure daily treatment goals are met across programs tailored to the individual's IP.

The role includes crisis intervention, leading shifts, and collaborating with the team to adapt strategies. A strong commitment to empowering our community is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3+ years of experience in the mental health field.
• Experience in a leadership role and able to communicate in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead on each shift to ensure the treatment team functions smoothly.
• Supervise staff and implement ABA-based behavior support plans.
• Engage directly with individuals in a residential setting and manage crisis interventions.
