Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise individuals in a residential therapeutic setting.
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and structured Behavior Support Plans.
• Provide crisis intervention for issues including self-injury, aggression, and disruptive behavior.
