Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs in a residential setting. You will implement Applied Behavioral Analysis, follow structured Behavior Support Plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote growth and safety for participants.

This role requires compassionate communication and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Technician, you will support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs in a residential setting with ongoing supervision and engagement.
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis and highly structured Behavior Support Plans tailored to each individual.
• Handle crisis intervention as needed and contribute to a safe, supportive environment.
