Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a Behavior Technician for a residential treatment setting in Ohio. You will work directly with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based strategies and structured behavior plans under supervision.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma, English fluency, and relevant certifications; a valid Ohio driver’s license is required. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate in English, including both spoken and written.
• First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio BMV; proof of auto insurance.
• No more than 5 points on license.

Responsibilities

• Work directly in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals who have autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans as directed by the team.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and maintain safety for all individuals.
