Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.
• Background checks, drug screen, and health screen required for pre-employment

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals in a residential therapeutic setting and supervise them
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and follow structured Behavior Support Plans
• Address crisis situations including self-injury, aggression, and disruptive behavior
• Collaborate with care teams to tailor programs to each individual's IP
