I Am Boundless in Ohio is hiring a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in a residential therapeutic setting. The role focuses on stability, engagement, and implementing structured ABA-based programs.

You will supervise participants, run tailored activities, manage crisis situations, and collaborate with the team on Behavior Support Plans. Requirements include 18+, high school diploma, English proficiency, and a valid OH driver

Qualifikationen

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
Background check, drug screen, and health screen required.

Aufgaben

Provide supervision and engagement for individuals in a residential setting.
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and structured Behavior Support Plans.
Handle crisis interventions for self-injury, aggression, or disruptive behavior.
Collaborate with the team to tailor programs to each person’s needs.
