Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician to join our Grove City, OH team in a residential therapeutic setting. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and coordinate ABA-based programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, program implementation, and ensuring daily treatment goals are met while maintaining a supportive and safe environment. A driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years in the mental health field.
• Experience in a leadership role and English communication skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead on each shift to ensure the treatment team functions smoothly and all daily requirements are completed.
• Directly support individuals in a residential therapeutic setting with autism spectrum disorder and implement ABA-based programs.
• Respond to crisis situations (self-injury, aggression, disruptive behavior) and participate in crisis intervention as needed.
