Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking an engaged Resident Engagement Program Instructor to lead community programming and coordinate activities for AL/IL residents. You will work closely with the Resident Engagement Director to plan events, evaluate programs, and engage residents in meaningful daily activities.

You’ll support new move-ins, help decorate the community, and collaborate with Memory Care teams to tailor activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 4-year college degree.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record.
• Expertise in wellness, fitness, arts & humanities, or music therapy.
• Certification by NCAA-accredited organization (e.g., ACSM) preferred.
• Experience with geriatric individuals or cognitive impairment preferred.
• State-regulation certifications may be required.
• Strong communication skills for one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to operate technology (Word, Excel, email), iPad/tablets, AV systems.
• Valid driver’s license; driving may be required.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities
