Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a motivated individual to join our Engage Life programming team on site, enhancing residents' daily lives with diverse activities and meaningful engagement.

You will lead programs, coordinate events, and support census-building efforts while maintaining accurate records and working with volunteers and staff. Competitive hourly pay comes with benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs to enhance residents' lives and exceed activity expectations.
• Offer diversified recreational activities with supervision.
• Develop programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate in activities.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain the schedule.
• Greet new residents and help them connect with others.
• Assist in planning parties, decorations, and monthly celebrations.
• Support census-building initiatives within the community.
• Maintain records of participation and activity acceptance.
• Assist Engage Life Director in coordinating volunteers.
• May drive the company vehicle as required.
• Other duties as needed.
