Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Transportation Driver at Foster Square in Foster City, CA. The role involves safely transporting residents, assisting with boarding, and supporting activity routes in accordance with policy.

Requires a CDL, 5+ years driving experience, and knowledge of vehicle maintenance. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of driving experience and knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs.
• Commercial driver's license required to operate commercial size vehicles.
• Able to operate a seven (7) to sixteen (16) passenger bus, unless otherwise required by state law.
• Experienced with vehicle emergency repairs and basic tire changes.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle from community to social and other destinations according to schedule.
• Assist residents into and out of vehicle safely.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs and equipment as needed.
• Maintain safe driving practices and report maintenance needs.
• Deliver groceries and belongings to residents' apartments as required.
• Ensure daily travel expenses are submitted to the business office.
