Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a full-time transportation driver to safely transport residents within our community network. You will assist residents, operate a shuttle/bus, and perform basic vehicle checks to ensure reliability.

The role requires a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and strong customer service. You will collaborate with Engage Life and Maintenance teams to support a high-quality living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent driving record and knowledge of vehicle safety protocols.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and be able to operate a shuttle/bus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for residents according to schedule.
• Assist residents entering and exiting vehicles and secure mobility aids.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain route knowledge and drive safely under all conditions.
• Support Engage Life and Maintenance teams as needed.
